FUNERAL PHOTO SLIDE SHOW
Honor Their Memory: Create a Beautiful Funeral Slideshow with Video Doc Productions
At Video Doc Productions, we understand the profound loss of a loved one. We want to help you celebrate their life and share precious memories with a heartfelt funeral photo slideshow.
We don't want tears flowing when a loved one passes. We want to celebrate their life and relive those great memories you had with them!
CAPTURE THEIR STORY THROUGH IMAGES
Video Doc Productions will create a customized slide show for funerals and memorial services from your pictures and short video clips.
A funeral slideshow is a powerful way to pay tribute to your loved one's journey. I will work closely with you to curate a selection of photos that reflect their personality, passions, and relationships. From childhood moments to cherished family gatherings, each image becomes a testament to a life well-lived.
The average memorial tribute has approx 150 photos, 4-5 songs. The typical length of these custom video tributes is 15-18 minutes. Any longer, and guests will lose interest.
PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTION FOR A LASTING TRIBUTE
Video Doc Productions will seamlessly blend your photos, transitions, and music into a cohesive funeral photo slideshow. We offer a variety of styles to match your preferences, from a classic and elegant look to a more playful and vibrant theme.
We want to memorialize your loved one. When gathering photos, try to concentrate on the deceased person. Do not make this a family reunion video. (I've seen too much of this in the past!). I understand if you can't get enough photos of your loved one and you have to include some family but don't fuss about getting every single member of the family in the slide show. It's about memorializing the life of your loved one that has passed.
WHAT DO DO TO GET ORGANIZED FOR A FUNERAL PHOTO SLIDESHOW
1. Gather and number your photos from 1-150 (can go over slightly but not more than 170).
2. Pick some appropriate music. Goto YouTube and search for songs your loved one enjoyed or spoke to their life. Copy and email us that link to the song.
3. Find a headshot that represents your loved one at their healthiest. Sometimes family members have prolonged sickness and the latest photo may not represent them in the best light.
HOW TO SHOW YOUR VIDEO
Ask the funeral home, church or reception hall if they have a preference as to what format they want the video. Do they want it on a traditional DVD, an MP4 Video File on a Flash Drive or a MP4 File on a hard drive? Most places that are used to having memorial services or celebrations of life, will know how they want to show your video to your guests.
